Annual dues are reasonable – just $20.00 (USD) – and are used to cover the expenses of donations to like minded organizations, a website, special mailings, insurance, and social events.

REGULAR

For a regular or individual membership you must own property in the defined South Manasota Sandpiper Key area. You will become a voting member and a vital part of this non-profit organization

To qualify for a household membership (up to 2 members) you must own property in the defined South Manasota Sandpiper Key area. You both become voting members and a vital part of this non-profit organization

ASSOCIATE

An associate member shall be any person or persons who have a supportive interest in
Manasota Sandpiper Key area. An associate member shall not have voting privileges and is not eligible to be an officer of the Association.
